Ben W. Wright

C ClientsBenjamin There may be as many theories about how to find the right attorney as there are attorneys looking for clients. I recommend finding a lawyer who concentrates on a limited number of related practice areas rather than spreading the workload between highly diverse cases — say family law, criminal defense and tax law. The Law Office of Ben W. Wright, LLC, focuses on the highly related practice areas of construction, insurance, corporate disparagement and business litigation.

Of course, you want your attorney to have a record of success with cases that are similar to yours. Even though a majority of civil litigation cases are resolved without the need to litigate, it is important to know that your attorney has the courtroom experience to confidently face the high-powered legal teams that you might encounter when you take legal action against an insurance company, contractor or other business.

"I work hard to ensure my clients have more than just a competent lawyer. I build the right team for the case, whether that is an expert engineer, contractor, doctor or PR firm. My clients will have the expertise they need in their corner."
— BWW

I am Ben Wright, an experienced litigator who represents individuals and businesses throughout Ohio in a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters. After gaining valuable experience at a well respected downtown Columbus law firm, I founded my own firm. At The Law Office of Ben W. Wright, LLC, the goal is to provide the same high-quality legal representation that clients received from a big firm. I also strive to provide you with personal attention, easy accessibility and regular communication regarding the status of your case you cannot get at a big firm.

Because of my experience and education, I have an insider's knowledge of the construction and insurance industries that often end up on the opposing side of my cases.

Before attending law school, I was an Army officer for eight years, where I served in a variety of leadership and staff positions, culminating in company command. I had the privilege of serving in Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan and Italy. I apply the strategic thinking I learned in the Army to developing litigation plans that maximize the strengths of my clients' cases, neutralize weaknesses and minimize costs.
